Beautiful round Maasai color two tier beaded authentic earrings hand made by the Maasai women in Tanzania.  Made out of  Maasai glass beads and wire.  We directly work with Maasai artisans to produce and market high-end beaded jewelry based on traditional beading techniques infused with modern aesthetics.

Maasai women are skilled artisans who are worldwide known for their use of colorful beads.  Maasai culture is highly patriarchal and it is the women who are hurt the most by issues of structural inequality.  With us working directly with them, they are finally given the opportunity to progress both socially and economically.

These statement earrings are light weight and stylish.  Can be worn at any occasion.  It takes an average of 2.5 hours to make one pair of earring.  Due to the nature of handmade, no two are the same.  Thank you for wearing our earrings with confidence and pride.
